We struggled with the same
office work you do.
While doing the actual job, there was no spare time to learn a new tool, introduce it, and persuade everyone involved. So instead of demanding more study after work, we decided to build tools outside the organization that remove one task people already have to do.
Office tools and roster automation for teams.
We build six office tools for spreadsheet consolidation, documents and submission checks, and tailor application-roster automation to a team’s workflow. Both preserve originals and produce new output files with review lists.
The roster pilot delivers normalized rosters, review lists, operating rules and processing proof files across two real operating runs. Messages go out only after operator approval. Settlement is a manual review of one period, delivered as a review CSV.
